PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To occlude a selected blood vessel by using a material, which rapidly expands (does not expands more by elapsed time) upon extruding, for treating and occluding aneurysm. SOLUTION: The method includes a method of occluding a selected target site of the subject. The method includes a process to make access to a selected site and a process to administer a rapidly expanding composition to the selected site and occlude the site thereby. In a specific embodiment, the composition includes a foam body and collagen or two or more materials. A list of possible embodiments on expanding materials is disclosed.
