PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adjustment of game nails. SOLUTION: Holder mechanisms 84 are disposed at upper and lower ends of a glass door 15. The holder mechanisms 84 are connected to hinge members 83 disposed at the center of the upper and lower ends of a game nail protection panel 80 on the front side for pressing and holding the hinge members 83 on the front side of a game board 20. The holder mechanism 84 is structured to push the glass door 15 in the opening direction to open the glass door when a lock device 14 to lock the glass door 15 in the closed position is released, and to energize the game nail protection panel 80 toward the game board 20 with the reaction force. The game nail protection panel 80 is pressed and held on the front side of the game board 20 by the holder mechanisms 84 even if the glass door 15 is rotated in the opening direction.
