PIEZOELECTRIC MECHANICAL-ELECTRIC TRANSDUCER

摘要

The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a matching charge amplifier and an asymmetric bimorph transducer. The bimorph transducer contains a metallic plate and a thickness-polarized disk piezoelectric element. At one of the end surfaces of the piezoelectric element, two half-disk electrodes are installed. The plate is installed at the other surface of the piezoelectric element and separated from the surface by an insulating plate. The amplifier is designed as an operational amplifier with a capacitor in the feedback circuit. The input and the output of the amplifier are accordingly connected to the electrodes. The force applied to the piezoelectric element is perpendicular to the surfaces of the electrodes.
