摘要 <p>The present invention relates to an automatic control device for a process of generating reducing gas in a plasmachemical gas generator, which contains a chamber, plasmatrons installed in the chamber, a plasma-forming gas source, a water supply system, a flow rate controller and a flow rate meter for plasma-forming gas, a flow rate controller and a flow rate meter for water. The proposed device contains a filter for cleaning gas, a spectrometer, a process parameter control system, and a computer-based control unit. The control system contains subsystems for controlling inlet natural gas, air, outlet gas, water, and power. Each subsystem contains a controller and a flow rate transducer. Additionally, the subsystem for controlling outlet natural gas contains a temperature transducer and a spectrometer. The output signals of the transducers are transmitted to the input of the computer of the control unit. The proposed device provides a possibility to decrease power consumption, increase quality of products, and decrease the impact of the production process on the environment.</p>
