<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow support system for efficiently supporting a dynamic workflow. <P>SOLUTION: A user (A) searches organization information database 2, so as to inspect relation between the users. Then a workflow database 3 is searched, so as to generate the list of other users who perform a workflow similar to the present workflow. Whether tasks can be assigned or not is attempted. When the assignment of the tasks can be performed, information required for assigning the tasks is inputted and information concerning the present workflow is announced to a user (C). After the confirmation of the information, the user (C) returns an effect whether the task is accepted or not.
