PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce radial tilting caused by a tracking operation in a motor configuration using a track driving coil and a focus driving coil arranged adjacently to each other. SOLUTION: On the side face of a movable part facing a driving magnet 9, a tracking (Tr) driving coil 4 and a focusing (Fo) driving coil 3 are installed adjacently to each other in a Tr direction. The driving magnet 9 applies the magnetic fluxes of opposing directions and a tangential direction to both areas facing both sides of the Tr direction of the Tr driving coil 4 and both sides of the Fo direction of the Fo driving coil 3. Among areas facing the Fo driving coil 3, a plurality of areas A to which the magnetic fluxes of the same direction as that of the area facing the Tr driving coil 3 are applied are arranged only in the same direction of the Fo direction. The center position of the Fo direction of the Tr driving coil 4 is offset in a direction opposite the direction of the area A side in the Fo direction of the driving magnet 9 with respect to the support center of a wire spring 6.
