PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a liquid ejecting head which can improve a connection reliability when laminating joining is carried out, and to provide a manufacturing method and an image forming apparatus equipped with the liquid ejecting head. SOLUTION: The liquid ejecting head comprises a first substrate (26), first conductive members (31) formed by the spray deposition method to rise nearly perpendicularly into a column shape from the first substrate (26), second conductive members (32) formed by the spray deposition method at the ends of the first conductive members (31) and with a lower hardness than that of the first conductive members (31), a second substrate (34) joined to the ends of the second conductive members (32), and pressure generating elements (28) which are arranged at either one of the first substrate (31) and the second substrate (26), electrically conductive to columnar electrical wires (30) formed of the first conductive members (31) and the second conductive members (32), and generate a pressure change to a liquid in pressure chambers (22) by being driven by a drive signal applied via the electrical wires (30).
