PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a transmission result report in a state of adding a transmitted image in a multifunction machine capable of scanning a color image but incapable of executing color print. SOLUTION: When the transmitted image data are color images, the transmitted images to be outputted to the transmission result report are outputted after being converted to monochrome images.
