PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind capable of preventing the rotation of slats of an upper slat group and a lower slat group from being obstructed. SOLUTION: An insertion hole is formed in each of a plurality of the upper slats forming the upper slat group 14. A lower rudder cord 17 comprises a rudder cord 17A positioned at a lower slat group 15 portion and an extension part 17B positioned at the upper slat group 14 portion. The extension part 17B of the lower rudder cord 17 is inserted into the through-hole of the upper slat. Ring-like members 40 and 41 are fitted to proper upper and lower areas where cords 17a and 17a at the front and rear of the extension part 17B are positioned. An interval between the cords 17a and 17b at the front and rear of the extension part 17B of the lower rudder cord 17 in which the ring-like members 40 and 41 are positioned between upper and lower interval holding means is held smaller than that in the case that the ring-like members are absent.
