PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which achieves the smooth continuation of exercising by enabling the clear presentation of the motivation for exercising.

SOLUTION: A voice data is reproduced through a voice signal output processing part 31 to enable the user to carry out exercising such as walking or jogging to match the tempo or the like of the music released from a speaker 32. At the start of exercising or on other occasions, the kinetic amount of the user is calculated with a kinetic information analysis circuit 23 using the personal profile information pertaining to a human body of the user such as the weight, length, age and gender received through a key operation part 41 and the characteristic information of the music data such as reproduction time and tempo of the music data reproduced to be acquired through a communication I/F61 and a control part 10 and the result is outputted through a display part 34 or the like to be supplied to the user.
