PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microreactor for oxidative decomposition of a hardly decomposable organic compound which is firstly capable of obtaining precise and accurate data with respect to oxidation and decomposition of the hardly decomposable organic compound and, moreover, is secondly capable of obtaining precise and accurate data likewise while maintaining excellence in efficiency aspect and time aspect. SOLUTION: In the microreactor 1, a first fluid 3 including a hardly decomposable organic compound 2 and a second fluid 11 including ozone and hydrogen peroxide flow through a micro-passage 4 having a fine structure in which a photocatalyst 18 is attached to a passage formation surface 21 to form a laminar stream and ultraviolet rays are applied from a ultraviolet irradiation means 19 oppositely arranged. Further based on molecular diffusion on an interface 22 between the first fluid 3 and the second fluid 11 and on an interface 24 between the first fluid 3 and the photocatalyst 18, the hardly decomposable organic compound 2 in the first fluid 3 is oxidized and decomposed by generated OH radicals.
