The invention concerns a device for neuromuscular stimulator comprising an electric pulse generator (3) arranged in a housing including at least one stimulating channel and three electrodes (1, 1', 2, 2') connected by a wiring to said stimulating channel. The device further comprises a current divider arranged between the electrodes and the stimulating channel so as to define a primary current flowing between the stimulating channel and the divider as well as multiple secondary currents flowing between the divider and the electrodes.
