摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fragile part in a uniform pattern when the fragile part is formed by irradiating laser beam while moving an interior material and a laser oscillator relatively by a moving means. <P>SOLUTION: An instrument panel 12 can be moved by a robot 16 and is movable relatively to a focal point (f) of the laser beam. For a process starting point B1 on an upper part line 204 of a process span, the focal point (f) is set at a motion preparation point Q1 apart toward the opposite direction to a processing direction. Moving speed of the focal point (f) is accelerated and stabilized while having the focal point (f) approach the process starting point B1.
