PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way valve capable of simplifying and downsizing a structure, of reducing a cost thereof and of ensuring a sealing property and the like. SOLUTION: This three-way valve is so structured that a main valve element 21 having a first valve element part 21a, a first valve chest 22 equipped with a first valve seat 22a opened and closed by the main valve element 21, a slide valve element 60 having an auxiliary valve element part 61 and a second valve element part 62, an auxiliary valve chest 64 equipped with an auxiliary valve seat 64a opened and closed by the auxiliary valve element part 61 of the slide valve element 60, a second valve chest 66 equipped with a second valve seat 66a opened and closed by the second valve element part 62 of the slide valve element 60 and an energization member 67 energizing the slide valve element in a direction for closing the second valve seat 66a are arranged on a common axial line O; the first valve chest 22 communicates with the auxiliary valve chest 64 through a first communication passage 71; the first valve chest 22 communicates with the second valve chest 66 through a second communication passage; an entrance 11 communicates with the second valve chest 66; a first exit 12 is formed on the downstream side of the second valve seat 66a; and a second exit 13 communicates with the first communication passage 71.
