PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping type massaging tool being easily carried without making the hands tired and allowing a user to massage while moving regardless of location, and being inconspicuous. SOLUTION: This stepping type massaging tool is characterized in that solid materials 4 formed of a material such as polymer resin, plastic, rubber, wood, or ceramic and having a diameter of roughly 5-8 mm are provided between a cloth 1 and a netted material 2, a sticking part 3 is formed on the circumference of the cloth 1 and the netted material 2, and flat rubber 5 is provided on both ends of the sticking part 3 with the netted material 2 upside.
