摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent X-ray based solution analyzer which can avoid influences from the fluctuations in the operating condition of a fluorescent X-ray system, be applicable to the analysis of single-phase solution online, minimize the measurement errors due to device drift, and enable detection of medium fluctuation or the presence of gas phase in the solution to be analyzed. SOLUTION: This analyzer is provided with excitation/analysis means (12, 14) for exciting the solution by exciting X-rays to analyze spectral X-rays discharged from the excited solution; solution-receiving means (4, 8, 10) which have transparent spectrum (18) for exciting/spectral X-rays and reference X-rays; and a reference element (6) external to the solution, which is united with the solution-receiving means to be arranged facing the above spectrum so as to have the solution between the spectrum and this element and can discharge reference X-rays that is different from the spectral X-rays, if received exciting radiation, enabling compensation of measuring drift that is apt to occur during the analysis of the solution, by analyzing these reference X-rays and spectral X-rays.
