PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rod-like decorative body, in which no seam cannot be formed, by a method wherein a transmitted light refractively displacing means is directly formed in a tubular transparent body and, at the same time, repeated pattern is arranged within the tubular transparent body. SOLUTION: The repeated pattern is arranged within the tubular transparent body, in which the transmitted light refractively displacing means are continuously formed longitudinally and peripherally.
