PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjusting tool which is a height adjusting tool for adjusting the height of a die after regrinding and with which the breakage of an elastic locking tool is prevented. SOLUTION: This tool is a height adjusting tool which is mounted on the under surface 5 of the die 3 and provided with a rising part 21 which can be inserted into a die hole 11 formed on the die 3 in the inner edge part of the annular main body 7 of the adjusting tool which is joined to the under surface 5 of the die 3. The elastic locking pieces 15 which are elastically brought into contact with the inside of the die hole 11 are provided in this rising part 21 and the height of the rising part 21 is a height that does not impart displacement caused by elastic deformation when the elastic locking pieces 15 are elastically deformed to the main body 7 of the adjusting tool.
