An exercise implement with which a jumping motion can be performed by grasping a grip with both hands, placing the feet on foot-rests, sitting on a saddle and utilizing the body weight and the elastic force of a coil spring. A conventional jumping exercise implement can perform the repetition of a simple standing jump motion, can exercise only a simple operation, and also has a disadvantage in the quantity of the exercise. This implement eliminates these disadvantages. This implement has a saddle (2) provided at the upper end of a hollow main shaft (1), a grip (3) mounted at the front, foot-rests (4), (4') secured to the lower end of the shaft (1), a sliding shaft (6), having a grounding rubber foot (5), which is inserted into the implement, a plate (7) secured to the lower end of the shaft (1), and a coil spring (9) interposed between the plate (7) and a plate (8) secured to the lower end of the shaft (6). When using the implement, the entire body can be moved, flexibility can be exercised with a slight movement, and the senses of balance and speed which are the basis of sports can be exercised naturally, thereby providing a useful exercise implement. |
