<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission apparatus and a transmission control method for improving a delay caused to each packet for carrying out communication under a random access type communication environment. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitter apparatus is provided with: a frequency use state detection means for detecting the use state of a frequency band allocated on the basis of received signal; a symbol arrangement determining means for determining arrangement of pilot symbols on the basis of a result of the detection; and a symbol arrangement means for arranging the pilot symbols according to the determined pilot symbol arrangement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
