PURPOSE:To enable high-load combustion though combustion air at comparatively low pressure is applied, by a method wherein power of fuel gas in the direction facing toward an opening part of an inner case is reduced by a dispersion plate and it is enabled to perform favorably mixing of the combustion air with the fuel gas. CONSTITUTION:As gas to be spouted from an introducing hole of the gas is made to disperse and flow in a radial direction along the base of an inner case 3 by a dispersion plate 5 and primary air to be introduced through introducing holes 6... of the primary air collides with a gas flow in a state meeting at about right angles with the gas flow, though both the gas and air flows are mixed extremely favorably, that air-fuel mixture does not burn due to a matter that a quantity of the primary air is small, but flows toward a widening-out opening part 3a of the inner case 3. Then the air-fuel mixture collides with secondary air to be introduced almost from a sideward direction through a secondary air introducing slit or hole 7 at the inside of the widening-out opening part 3a, both of which are mixed favorably with each other and burnt.
