PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is necessary to press the same key multiple times in order to select a target character in character input in a conventional mobile phone or the like, speedy input is disabled and a desk is required for a keyboard. SOLUTION: An input device, which is connected from a mobile phone or the like, includes character keys of characters to be frequently used or vowels in a system, to be used with both hands, where a target character is selected by once pressing a key of the mobile phone or the like and then turning a dial or the like when entering characters.
