The present invention refers to a foam generating equipment that mixes together liquids with gases, which generates micro bubbles and forms a stable and high quality foam useful for perforating operations. The main characteristic of the invention is that it comprises a plurality of plates having a number of nozzles of different diameters arranged at the inner portion of a cylindrical-shaped container that is highly resistant to pressure and high volume. The main purpose of the device is to generate micro bubbles in the application of aerated and foamed fluids so as to reduce the density of the fluids while oil wells are perforated.
