<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize purchase of a floating rate commodity at proper timing without necessity of a purchaser to carry out daily rate confirmation or judgement of whether or not it is an advantageous rate. <P>SOLUTION: In the floating rate commodity sales system, a user terminal for carrying out application for purchase of the floating rate commodity with a fluctuating price based upon a rate, and the server device receiving the application for purchase of the floating rate commodity from the user terminal are connected via a network.
