PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation structure of a battery pack with a structure hardly affected by outside temperature changes. SOLUTION: By forming heat insulating gaps 121, 122 in a frame 12a of the first frame body pinching lithium ion battery cells, even if there is a temperature change outside the battery pack, the heat insulating gaps 121, 122 constitute a heat insulating layer composed of air to shut off heat from the outside.
