PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for simplifying the operation of one or more equipment connected through a communication network. SOLUTION: Control equipment stores a control point command which is supposed to be instructed to each equipment to be controlled, an attached command attached to the control point command and equipment to be controlled for implementing the control command. When the instructed command is matched with a control point command, the control equipment transmits the control point command and the attached command of the control point command to each equipment to be controlled, and when receiving information showing that the attached command can not be executed from the equipment to be controlled, the control equipment transmits an attached command different from the already transmitted attached command when the instructed command is matched with the control point command.
