PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial machine comprising a structure maintaining environment-resisting performance and maintaining sanitation such as high-dimensional antifouling and anticorrosive properties and resisting actual use in regard to durability. SOLUTION: A continuous washing machine 100 is constituted using the structure having a multifunctional layer formed of carbon-doped titanium oxide or titanium alloy oxide, at least at a part of the surface.
