PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable fish preserve which can prevent the temperature rise of seawater/water in a water tank and can maintain the quality of the water, when decoy Plecoglossus altivelis for decoy angling or live baits such as shrimps are transported to a fishing site or when angled fishes are transported in a live state, although the fishes and the like are frequently weakened due to the rise of water temperature in conventional fish preserves. SOLUTION: This portable fish preserve comprises a water tank for storing seawater or water, a cooling box having a circulation water route communicated with the water tank therein and capable of receiving a cold insulator, a pump capable of circulating the seawater or water over the water tank and the circulation water route, and a filtration device intervened in the circulation water route.
