<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate for an electromagnetic cooking device which prevents wearing of an antifouling film and prevents baking of oil, etc. on the surface. <P>SOLUTION: The plate 2 for an electromagnetic cooking device comprises a glass base plate 3 on the surface of which a plurality of projections 6 are formed, and the antifouling film 5 covering the surface of the glass base plate. When a cooking container (not shown in Figure) is mounted on the plate 2, since the projections 6 wear due to the direct friction between the cooking container and the projections 6, wearing of the antifouling film 5 can be prevented except for the projections 6, resulting in improving the durability of the antifouling film 5. Further, since the surface of the plate 2 assumes the unevenness shape due to the projections 6, the cooking container can be stably mounted without sliding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
