<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrolling controller and a scrolling control program which are excellent in operability when executing scrolling in an X axial direction and a Y axial direction on a display screen. <P>SOLUTION: The scrolling controller 10 in which an X-Y axis moving amount calculating part 12 calculates the movement on the display screen by a mouse 11 as moving amount data between the X axial direction and the Y axial direction and a scrolling part 15 performs scrolling on the display screen is provided with an X-Y axial moving amount comparison processing part 14 for comparing, in magnitude, a moving amount in the X axial direction with a moving amount in the Y axial direction between moving amount data obtained by the X-Y moving amount calculating part 12 and outputting only the moving amount data being the larger moving amount between the moving amount data in the X-Y directions, and a switching circuit 13 for selectively switching directly or through the X-Y axial moving amount comparison processing part 14 to supply the moving amount data obtained from the X-Y axial moving amount calculating means 12 to the scrolling part 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
