PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform intra-pipe soil removing work in a short time. SOLUTION: This intra-pipe sediment excavating/discharging device is provided with an excavating injection nozzle for excavating sediment in a pipe such as a steel pipe pile built in the ground with jet water; a muddy water discharge body for discharging the sediment excavated by the excavating injection nozzle in a muddy water state to the ground; and a support body for supporting the muddy water discharge body and the excavating injection nozzle. Intra-pipe soil removing work can thereby be efficiently performed in a short time. As a result, a construction period can be shortened, and a construction cost can be reduced.
