KIT FOR EXAMINING MICROORGANISM AND METHOD FOR EXAMINING MICROORGANISM BY USING THE KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for examining microorganisms in which microorganisms can be detected in high accuracy even when collection amount of the microorganism caught by an adhesive sheet is slight and to provide a method for examining microorganisms by using the kit. SOLUTION: The kit for examining microorganisms comprises (A) the adhesive sheet for collecting microorganisms obtained by providing an adhesive layer on at least one side of a support and (B) a culture medium sheet having at least culture medium layer containing a dye for detecting microorganisms. The adhesive layer of the adhesive sheet (A) for collecting microorganisms is pressed to a test specimen to collect the microorganism and then, the culture medium layer of the culture medium sheet (B) is laminated to the adhesive surface in which microorganisms of the adhesive layer are collected and the microorganisms are cultured and the microorganisms proliferated through such culture are observed by a microscope to detect the microorganisms.
