PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the connecting constitution between the liquid feeding section of a liquid tank and the liquid sucking section on the main body side of a liquid discharging device. SOLUTION: An ink tank 120 is freely detachably fitted on the tank fitting section 115 of a carriage 100. On the tank fitting section 115, a latch lever receiving section 102 on which the engaging protuberance 125a of a latch lever 125 of the ink tank 120 is formed. A tank holder 110 for the ink tank 120 equipped with a side surface guide section 110a which comes into contact with a side surface on the opposite side from the latch lever 125 side and a bottom guide surface 110b which comes into contact with the bottom surface is rotatably fitted with a rotary shaft 104 as the pivot.
