PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for SQL automatic generation which can flexibly cope with the change of specifications or the like, and generates an SQL sentence with stable quality without depending on skill. SOLUTION: A dynamic SQL automatic generation engine operating by the program is provided with at least: a function item acquiring part 5 for acquiring function items corresponding to predetermined functions from function information 1; a SELECT phrase generation processing part 6 for generating a SELECT phrase from DB table information 2 and item information 3; a FROM phrase generation processing part 7 for generating a FROM phrase from the DB table information 2; and a WHERE phrase generation processing part 8 for generating a WHERE phrase from the DB table information 2 and condition information 4.
