PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner capable of reducing the required installation space. SOLUTION: A vehicular air-conditioning unit (1), in particular, a module type air-conditioning unit of flat design comprises a box-shaped casing (2) with the length y, the height z and the width x, several air-conditioners between an air inlet (3) and an air outlet (4), and several air guide and air distribution devices (8). At least a heat exchanger and a fan (7) are provided as the air-conditioner. The air-conditioners are arranged one by one straight in the direction of the axis y (10.1) of the longitudinal direction of the casing (2). The heat exchanger is inclined by the angle of the magnitude a with respect to the axis y (10.1) of the longitudinal direction of the casing (2), and also inclined by the angle of the magnitude b with respect to the axis x (10.2) of the transverse direction of the casing (2).
