<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely fix a lighting appliance main body to an lighting frame by reducing the number of parts in assembly of the lighting appliance. <P>SOLUTION: A top (6) of the lighting appliance has an L shape restraining end edge (6a). Further, a fixing clip (7) with a U shape serving as a heat shield has a top restraining flange (7e), a bottom restraining flange (7f), and a vertical restraining flange (7g) formed on it. The lighting frame (4) has a locking step (4a), a locking groove (4b), and a locking vertical groove (4c). The fixing clip (7) and the top (6) are both fixed to the lighting frame (4) by making use of elasticity provided to the fixing clip (7). Thus, the number of parts can be reduced, the fixing operation can be carried out easily and surely, and rain water penetrating inside the lighting appliance can be drained from a space between the lighting frame and the fixing clip, thus preventing the occurrence of rusting of the lighting appliance main body or short circuiting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
