PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device capable of developing a heat exchanging ventilating device capable of constructing a ventilating system suitably used for ordinary ventilation in the entire dwelling house. SOLUTION: A housing 22 is provided with air trunks 21 having one common inlet, branched into two independent passages of two systems from the inlet, and having two outlets, and an electric damper mechanism 20 for opening and closing each of air trunks 21 by opening and closing blades, is mounted on a branch portion of the passages.
