PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel parallel connected type automatic synthesis apparatus which is capable of conducting a plurality of types of liquid phase syntheses in parallel connection by a plurality of reaction vessels. SOLUTION: The reaction vessel parallel connected type automatic synthesis apparatus is at least provided with a reaction unit (1), a reagent unit (2) and a solvent unit (3). The unit (1) is comprised of a reaction block assembly having a plurality of reaction blocks combining and storing one set of the reaction vessel, a reaction vessel heating/cooling part, reflux condenser and a glass cover that is capable of viewing the inside of the reaction vessel arranged in parallel connection, and a micro-metering pump which controls the multi-directional valve to switch the supplying point arranged between the reaction block, and the reagent unit (2) and the solvent unit (3), and a fine amount of the supplying liquid. It can control the supplying point and the amount of the supplying liquid respectively as to the liquid which is sent to each reaction vessel from a plurality of reagent vessels in the reagent unit and a plurality of the solvent vessels in the solvent unit.
