<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal security system low in design and manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: A telegram comprising the exclusive right information of a block as a section to be occupied by only one train, the direction instruction information for a point, and the information about direction of the point is sent between trains and points. The train confirms the block to be occupied by other train and direction of the point through the telegram, and renews the telegram in order to secure the exclusive right of a block, which is not occupied by other trains, and to instruct direction to the point. Thereafter, the train travels, while confirming the block, of which exclusive right is secured for the own train, and confirming that the point on that block is opened in the direction instructed by the associated train. The point confirms the direction instruction to the associated point through the telegram, and controls direction of the own point.
