PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact battery pack of which connection resistance is small, and which is high in reliability and productivity. SOLUTION: This is the battery pack 10 which is provided with a battery 1, a circuit board 5 which has a charge and discharge safety circuit and which is arranged on one end face 3 of the battery 1, and an end part case 6 to which the external connection terminal 7 is attached. The circuit board 5 is housed and arranged inside the end part case 6, and the tip part of a rivet 12 of which the head 12a is engaged with and penetrates through the end part case 6, and a member to form one end face 3 of the battery 1 is fixed by spot-welding in a state that a member to form one end face 3 of the battery 1 has been bitten into a recessed part 12c formed at the outer periphery of a protruding part 12b of the rivet 12 tip.
