PURPOSE: A device for transmitting/receiving an E-mail using a telephone number is provided to use the E-mail by using wire/wireless telephone numbers of the other party who wants to send the E-mail, thereby minimizing communication cost as well as necessary procedures of perceiving an ID of the E-mail address. CONSTITUTION: A personal communication unit(100) outputs data in order to transmit/receive an E-mail by using a telephone number. A web server(200) outputs a control signal in order to transmit/receive the E-mail with the use of the telephone number by inputting the outputted data. A mail server(300) inputs the control signal, drives a program to transmit/receive the E-mail, and transmits/receives the E-mail. A member database server(400) inputs the control signal, and stores the telephone number and personal information of an Internet user. |
