The present invention relates to a magnetic gear having a flux concentration type pole piece and, more specifically, to a magnetic gear having a flux concentration type pole piece, which improves a shape of a pole piece positioning between rotors in order to concentrate magnetic flux into a gap, thereby improving transmission torque and reducing a torque ripple.
