PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub apparatus and a hub system capable of maintaining a transfer rate, otherwise degraded resulting in causing the disabled quick termination of desired processing, by converting a transfer type in the case that the existing apparatus or the like is not revamped and to which a plurality of devices are connected. SOLUTION: The hub apparatus for relaying data between a device apparatus and a host apparatus includes a transmission mode conversion means for converting bulk transfer between the device apparatus and the host apparatus into isochronous transfer.
