<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification display disk where an identifying part will not wear or peel, and erasure will not occur even due to the re-polishing of a member, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The identification display disk includes the identifying part constituted of a barcode. The identifying part is formed of an identification member, which is obtained by jointing planar bodies made of white ceramics and black ceramics. The ceramic member for forming the identifying part includes dense ceramics with not less than 3.0 of specific gravity.
