PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive rubber composition which is hardly affected by environmental variation in a low resistance region, ensures low hardness and excellent ozone resistance, and excels also in cost. SOLUTION: In the rubber composition of foam used in an electrophotographic apparatus, (1) acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile content of 18-36 mass% and a Mooney viscosity at 100°C of≤35 and (2) epichlorohydrin rubber having an ethylene oxide content of≥70 mol% are contained in a mass ratio (acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber:epichlorohydrin rubber) of 40:60 to 90:10.
