PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate image processing and data transfer while suppressing a deterioration in image quality. SOLUTION: The image processing device is provided with (A) a decoder which subjects a plurality of encode data created by subjecting the pixel data of a first image data to decode processing respectively, creates the pixel data of at least one pixel for every encode datum and outputs second image data, and (B) a decode controller wherein the decoder instructs the order of the encode data to be decode processed so as to create the pixel data arranged along the moving direction of nozzles ejecting liquid based on the image data of the second image data at specified intervals along the direction crossing the moving direction.
