PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove stains of game media and to prevent foreign matter mix-in and fraudulent actions to a putout device. SOLUTION: On the front surface of a hopper device 35, a discharge path 40, a pair of first and second wiping members 41 and 42 and a moving mechanism 43 are provided. The moving mechanism 43 is composed of a solenoid 46 and a connecting member 47 and moves the first wiping member 41. The second wiping member 42 is fixed to the discharge path 40. At normal time, the first wiping member 41 is abutted to the second wiping member 42 and closes the discharge path 40. When tokens 30 are to be put out from the hopper device 35, the moving mechanism 43 is operated to move the first wiping member 41 to a wiping position, and the surface of the token 30 put out from the hopper device 35 is wiped.
