PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device allowing restoration of a preset program from programs in a suspended state when a program in an execution state is forcibly ended in a state wherein the program in the suspended state is present. SOLUTION: A cellphone terminal 1 has an OS 10 and an APMAN 20 in a control part 2. In the OS 10, an execution part 12 controls execution, suspension, and the ending of the program. In the APMAN 20, a management part 22 ends the executed program when receiving requirement of the ending of the executed program when the suspended program and the executed program are present, ends the suspended program when the suspended program is a program except the preset prescribed program, and makes the execution part 12 execute the suspended program when the suspended program is the prescribed program.
