PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system with an efficient super critical refrigerating cycle. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system comprises a refrigerant circuit 20 for the super critical refrigerating cycle having an outdoor heat exchanger 23 and an indoor heat exchanger 25. The refrigerant circuit 20 is provided with an outdoor side circuit 2A and an indoor side circuit 2B. A ventilating heat exchanger 26 is provided in the indoor side circuit 2B for heat exchange between refrigerant and outside air to generate ventilating air to be supplied into a room.
