<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel capable of easily improving image quality at low cost; to provide a plasma display device; and to provide a driving method of a plasma display device. <P>SOLUTION: In one pixel of this plasma display panel, a luminescent cell 101-1 and a luminescent cell 101-2 emitting red light are provided with address electrodes 41N for accumulating, in the luminescent cell 101-1, charge of a quantity for emitting light from the luminescent cell 101-1 in a sub-field and accumulating, in the luminescent cell 101-2, charge of a quantity without emitting light from the luminescent cell 101-1 in the sub-field when a first voltage is applied thereto in a scanning period (address period), and for accumulating charge of a quantity emitting light from the luminescent cell 101-1 and the luminescent cell 101-2 in the luminescent cell 101-1 and the luminescent cell 101-2 when a second voltage is applied thereto.
